At Shopdaza, We have no minimum order requirement. However when you spend $35 or more then the shipping is absolutely FREE!
How long will it take to get my package?
We strive to ship our orders out within one (1) to three (3) business day, Once your payment has cleared, we will begin packaging and shipping your order. The length of time it takes to ship your package also depends on volume and time of submission, orders that are placed on Friday-Sunday will be shipped by Monday.
How will you ship my Order?
We prefer to ship via USPS, but do offer other shipping services as well. Please message, email, or call us to arrange any shipping methods you may need that differ from your choices. We will be happy to discuss and accommodate you. In order to conserve resources, we reuse shipping boxes and packaging materials, so please do not be surprised to receive your order in a used box.
Shipping always includes tracking number. The tracking number will be provided via email to you upon date of shipment. If your order does not ship by the next 2-3 days, our Customer Service will notify you via email and/or phone explaining the delay.
What type of Payment do you accept?
For now we accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal & Credit Cards (processed through PayPal)
Shopdaza is not responsible for incorrect information provided to us. Please verify that your PayPal shipping address is confirmed including any apartment, suite, box numbers, etc. . This information is listed for the courier and it is where the order will ship to.
Please note that Orders paid with PayPal will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to Shopdaza account.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns concerning payment. E-Checks through PayPal take considerably longer than instant payment and items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
My Package appears to have been damaged, what should I do?
Products are inspected for any damages or breakage before it leaves our warehouse. We try everything in our power to make sure your items get to you in perfect condition, However on very rare occasion packaging may shift during transit and cause imperfection. If you have taken possession of a damaged or tampered package, please save all packaging and contact us within 48 hours for further instructions. Failure to notify us of damage within 48 hours from signature or delivery date may impact our ability to cover your claim. Please contact us if you receive a damaged or broken product.
What about unopened Merchandise?
Unopened merchandise may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
I have not received my package yet, it might have been lost. What should I do?
There are some time when delays may occur, in situation like this, we suggest that you wait a little bit longer (at least 7 days) before contacting us. Should the package not arrive, an inquiry of the shipment is required before any order is reshipped or refunded.
I change my mind; I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
Once an order has been placed and the order is moved for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled. Please contact Customer Service if you wish to stop, or change an order In Progress. We will happily discuss all options with you.
What about out of stock items?
A customer service representative will notify you about your out-of-stock order and ask for confirmation to ship the rest of the order. If your order total is $35 and up, it will be ship out regardless of out-of-stock-items, but you will receive an email notification.
Shopdaza will issue an immediate refund for items ordered but currently not in stock.
I want to purchase an item from your eBay, Amazon or other platform. Do you consider price matching ?
Although we try to stay competitive on eBay, Amazon or other marketplace, unfortunately we do not do price matching. You can purchase the item we have on eBay or other platform where we have a store in place if you feel comfortable. We will still provide you same quality service but we do suggest you purchase your item here to get the best deal possible.
